Starting as a humble stall in local farmers markets, Bonjour Patisserie quickly gained a loyal following with its array of exquisite pastries and desserts. The bakery’s reputation for quality and authenticity grew, driven by word-of-mouth praise from delighted customers. The overwhelming demand and success at the markets inspired Chef Romain Mores to open a brick-and-mortar location in 2023.
