Chef / Owner Romain Morés of Bonjour Patisserie
Bonjour Patisserie was founded in 2020 by Damien Boy and Romain Morés, two french gastronomy lovers.
Romain started baking at a young age and started his career in France when he was fifteen years old. After traveling in Australia and the United States, that is in San Diego, that he decided to fulfill his dream of starting his own bakery.
