Our passion for baking started in Bordeaux, France, where one of the founders and head pastry chef, Romain Mores, learned the art of making croissants, baguettes, macarons, and other delicacies from some of the best pastry chefs in the city. He moved to San Diego where he met his wife, Marissa, and decided to share his love for French baking with his new city.
At Bonjour Patisserie we use only the finest ingredients and traditional methods to create our products. We also offer gluten-free and vegan options for our customers with dietary restrictions.

We also have different styles of cakes to match your vision: from elegant and simple to rustic and whimsical; from round and square to hexagonal and heart-shaped; from buttercream and fondant to naked and semi-naked.
